@@niyoncu He left Rwanda as a child, went to school in Uganda, became a Ugandan Solider who was loved by Ugandans and a deputy Minister of Defense. He got married while in Uganda and his children carried Ugandan Passports. Then he was the founding father of the RPF/A and led the invasion in 1990 and he is a Rwandan hero and was loved and his memory has always been a blessing. So that's why i say that he was fully Rwandan and fully Ugandan.
