    Good stuff mate - did not waffle sh!t - say it like it is. I just sold my full bolt on black 370Z and brought the same car as you have here with the red interior - black exterior. It does appear to be very easy to get power out of these things - mine is stock as far as i know but will boost 10 lbs with AFR of 12.2. Car is significantly quicker that my 6 speed Z was. I have purchased a 5 inch intercooler and will fit it a couple of days then look at a MHD1+ map to start...

    Do you have any problems with the transmission? I'm a little bit doubtful to get 135i with dct due to the transmission reliability with stage 2 remap. Is it better to just go with 335i f30 or do you recommend the 135i with dct?

    Hey man i just bought a 2011 135 dct just looking for some experiences and tips im gonna be going fbo soon and e85 mix map through the mhd flash tuner i was just wondering if youve ever had and clutch slipping problems or anything related to the transmission failing and also how much power you are making at the wheels. I would greatly appreciate your response
    Thank you

    • @phelpsgarage4202
      @phelpsgarage4202  Před 6 lety +1

      I’ve never had any clutch issues but I never ran a e85.. I can only imagine the torque on e85 would be crazy! I’m sure the transmission wouldn’t like it as much. COBB stage 2 aggressive made 80 hp and 120 torque extra to the wheels. I would keep it in sport mode for the added shift pressure.

    Hey I saw you answered this question a year ago, but I'm wondering if it's still the case. Do you have any issues with the dct holding power? Buying a 135i dct this week and was thinking about doing a catless dp, fmic, and mhd stage 2. If there are issues with the dct handling that though then I'd rather not

    • @phelpsgarage4202

    I'm looking into picking up a '11 135i how much did you spend on your mods to make 380hp. Is it all bolt on and a flash to the ecu? Will this still pass emission/smog. Btw I'm from California. Thanks bud.

    • @phelpsgarage4202
      @phelpsgarage4202  Před 6 lety +1

      Yes! I’ve probably spent around 2k In mods. I’m not sure if it would pass a smog test because I did a catless downpipe.. Once you do that you can smell the fuel pretty bad.
