IMHO, the fact that there are actually TWO attorneys on the jury is a big PLUS for the defense. Why? Because at the very least, they understand the technicalities and intricacies of the law...which they can then explain and clarify to some of the other jurors who may be far less savvy about the law...which also means that the other jurors will be more inclined to decide the case "rationally" rather than "emotionally" or on personal feelings. And the fact that these two attorneys were selected to sit on the jury attests to their ability and willingness to be objective and impartial when evaluating the case. And with that said, I don't believe that the Prosecution has established guilt...on ANY of the counts...BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Even if the "preponderance of the evidence" (more likely than not, or greater than 50%) points to "guilt" on any of the charges, that does NOT rise to the level of BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Because even in a "preponderance of the evidence" case there is...by definition...still some REASONABLE DOUBT. But the "preponderance of the evidence" standard only applies in CIVIL cases, not in CRIMINAL cases.
You're basing this solely on the " they don't have much evidence ", then you're just running with it. I'm trying to understand why you think there isn't much evidence , knowing it's all on tape?
