Newgrounds was peak, I loved Sonic Shorts, Four Swords Misadventures and SMBZ growing up. I just didnt engage with the community, I was only 11 at the time lmao.
Newgrounds was great, but I can only say that as a person who grew up on it at just the right time.
Newgrounds, at least in the parts I was stomping around on, has not aged well…

Broomy is an ursarctic card. Let’s you summon a monster by going minus, it locks you into synchros, doesn’t actually really do anything for the deck but I thought it was funny

Basically the only thing it has going for it is it's a pretty generic special summoning tool to put out big guys, but I doubt it'll be enough to see much if any play beyond memes.
It could possibly be a blackwing card too, if all the good ones didn't have "special summon this card if you've ever sneezed in your life" printed on them
The broom is a light spellcaster whose ATK and DEF are equal. Meaning it’s legally an Ecclesia card.

@@grihaspoormachine i don't think that works for my deck, It is a Branded-Swordsoul hybrid build. It tries to make use of as many support cards from the greater branded archetype(s) as possible to make mostly Synchro AND Fusion plays involving the Fallen of Albaz, using Branded in High Spirits as a bridge between engines. The reason the LV 8 restriction is a bit bad is because the deck has very few options for synchro plays BELOW level 8, making Accell Synchron also not a great option.

Broomy is one of those cards that’s gonna suck til it doesn’t. It’s searchable off the White Woods 6 synchro, and can special summon out any monster (that doesn’t have specific, mandatory summoning conditions) from your hand, and, notably, it doesn’t negate that monster. There’s some nasty cards you can end on with that, like getting out an Archlord Kristya while playing no other fairies.

I mean yes it does say that, but what kind of deck do you want this in? It'd have to be on that have a bunch of monsters you'd struggle to get out of your hand otherwise, which just doesn't sound like a very good idea.
@@hannessteffenhagen61 My first thought is Ghoti, they like being banished, can sometimes struggle to do so depending on the grip, and the choice between a 2 tuner or any monster in hand (Like Snopios without his cost) can potentially be very effective. Of course it can't be said for sure, that's just my first thought

Broomy can insta-summon any monster from the hand, or itself, including all the Impcantations and Drytrons. That’s probably fine.
Can’t wait to get a Sub Replay Friday feature with Menkoumori in Floo by either booking monsters or forcing them to play into Empen against their will. Potentially the 17th best extra normal summon you can play to go for after Empen.

It would not trigger their on banish effects because they return to the field before you gain priority. In order for trigger effects to be activatable, the card has to remain in the state where it can trigger until you activate it.

I've been playing around with the hare as a mid range deck with the anti-magic diabellestar and Qardan with magician souls combo and continuous trap monsters of your choice. Not sure if shapesister is worth because tuner or not. This also uses bbs since it's got souls and pharaonic and the white woods spell plus going into hare to get like 7 counters and then anything else usually has two effects to get you there after summoning anything activatable
Wait menkomori is a kinda nuts floowandereeze tech, since it either gives you several book of moons, or makes your opponent unable to play around empen.
I'm pretty sure its a trigger effect, not a quick effect, so Menkoumori would be chain link 2 (assuming the Floowandereeze you summoned activated the effect) before the opponent uses their Effect Veiler/Impermanence
@@ogeid772 Menkoumori's coin flip effect can only change the positions of opponent's monsters. It could use the 2 effect to flip a floo back up after u use book of moon on it to dodge veiler but idk if that is super relevant.

The coin flip bat reads like it can target the same monster up to three times per turn, am I mistaken?
If you want to use bbs for its intended purpose, you can activate it during your turn, give it like 5 or so counters, then it will activate 5 times during your opponents turn, cutting the time it takes to make you're finished live in half. Still probably not great, but much better than just playing you're finished on it's own. As for the silly ftks, the more bad ones there are, the less likely I am to play against more viable ones, so I'm down for it
Translocator could be useful in Zombie Decks. Shiranui monsters and Necroface love being banished.

I've been spamming BBS with Crusadia Krawler, getting Succession the first time and the counter trap the second time. BBS isn't OPT and neither is Crusadia Krawler. If you can manage to activate 20 things during combo, then you're guaranteed 2 extenders and 2 searchers (I return Crusadia to the deck with Raika)

Man the CZcams algorithm absolutely sucks. I'm trying to find the FTK combo video MBT watched at just past 3:30 and no amount of searching can bring it up. But I AM getting all kinds of non-Yugioh videos, and the yugioh videos I do find have nothing to do with FTKs or even modern Yugioh at all; I got that 12-year-old video of the guy doing an anime-style burn OTK, but nothing resembling the video I'm trying to find.

But You're Finished only starts keeping track of shit once its flipped up though, right? And isn't it only the opponent's summons and effects? Gimmie a sec, i have to dig through my card bulk...
... Oh... I wonder if this is good in Dark World? Y'know, like as a back-up plan going second. Because since You're Finished avoids monster negation, it effectively is like a Kurikara where once this thing hits the field, its probably just able to blow up the opponent's board since omni-negates aren't very prevelant now. I'm sure the spell helps just punch over stuff too. Like, this spell just isnt as good going first i think since the opponent would just try to pop it. If you're going second, they'd probably be less inclined to hit it because it'd be a bait I think.
But yeah, you'd just keep the continuous spell on the board until you've activated summons or monster effects, then summon the trap, and then blow up the board. The only big problem then is that You're Finished becomes a garnet, so drawing into it at any point going second becomes disasterous.
This could see some niche play, but it probably depends on the meta and the deck you're piloting more than anything. Like, this sounds funny in a combo deck.
