I haven't tuned in for a long time. I hope you asked your viewers for advice prior to building your house. I learned a ton about builders and the shit they pull when we built our house 25 years ago. What all builders all have in common is that they're all great guys who are very attentive to your every concern......right up to the day they are paid. After that.....any questions or concerns you have will be your problem. Don't bother the builder once he has been paid. He's too busy and important to talk to you. A camera shy builder is a red flag in my book. I hope all goes well for you and your new house. I hope you have better luck than I had. I am currently getting my suburb house ready to sell. I bought a 100 year old home in the city where I belong. I no longer need to get into a motor vehicle to go anywhere I need/want to go. But this convenient safe location in the city does come with a huge financial cost.
Now isn’t that funny as I have a great grandson child of my grandson who’s pedigree from my daughter, my wife and myself goes back to the Vikings thereafter Celts (Welsh) English, Irish and Scots, bit of a mongrel really, anyways grandson’s (English) and his wife’s also (English) but live in mainland China, have done for some years now, but what do you know grandson and great grandson speak Chinese, now who would have thought🤔
