    My medallion app isn’t scanning or taking a photo of the passport, it keeps freezing and quitting on me

      I've been calling since June to order medallion and still no luck. Maybe Princess will help you but they sure don't care about my problem

      @@princesscruises I've gotten this same reply from you several times now. I believe there are now 3 or 4 tickets pending but it doesn't matter how many times I send a message or I call you do absolutely nothing to correct the problem. One phone call was over 4 hours and nothing resolved.

    My medallion app won’t let me link my cruise. Very frustrating.

      @@colleenchilcott5595 I hope you have better luck than I've had with Princess. I've been calling since June and they keep claiming they'll help but they have done very little to help and I still can not get it to work.

    From the Medallion accessory area, I cannot get back to my Travel Checklist, nor can I get to my spouse's Travel Checklist. I'm going to have to call you support line on Monday, I guess. You need to make this much much MUCH easier to use. This isn't good.

      Hi Dave. Please be sure you have our latest Medallion Class app update by deleting and re-downloading Medallion Class app for the freshest version. You should be able to exit the ordering area by hitting the back button, close or exit. You can reach your spouse's Travel checklist by selecting her profile circle to toggle between your profiles. We hope this helps.

      @@princesscruises I downloaded the app on Saturday (2 days ago), so I don't think that's the problem. PLUS -- I have the same problem with the web-based version. I've repeatedly exited and logged back in. It will not allow me to get to my spouse's Travel Checklist. It takes me back to the same "Finalize your order" spot, but won't let me finalize. The support rep simply tells me that there's something wrong with my account and she'll get a ticket created, but no timeline on when it will be fixed. My travel agent tells me she can't get past the error message either.
      Any further suggestions?
