Of course Lana wasn't happy about being pregnant with Lex's child. We know after watching her for this long that she has no foresight, she never thinks about what consequences her actions will have, and they try to paint her as someone who cares for those around her, but she constantly hurts everyone who cares about her. At this point in the series I was hoping they wrote her off the show somehow or created some unforeseen circumstances that forced her to just leave. By this point, it is obvious that her and Clark are not good for each other. Apparently, the writers for this show, one must've never gotten over his high school crush, because from a storytelling perceptive, it gets so bad and redundant, that the actually interesting parts of each episode become the things that are happening around Clark while he cries and mourns. During this phase of the show Clark reminds me of John Ambrose from To All The Boys, when Lara Jean tells him it's always been Peter, after making out with him.
