What we learned about the Oliver Jr. Mahogany from this video: 1. You can't say it's not pretty. 2. It's extremely agile. 3. It sounds great while playing Weezer's hit song, "Say It Ain't So."
Thats all I need to know, great guitar.
but can it play Wonderwall
You lads at orangewood ever gonna ship to New Zealand? 😊😅
What we also learned: Orangewoods social media dep. has a hood sense of humor 👍🏻

The changing facial expressions as you work your way up and down the fret board are priceless. You always make me smile.
I like the bouncing 😏

MERRY DOGMASS!!!
When she started swinging the guitars around and banging them together, my anxiety went through the roof.
Especially at 1:53
I was thinking 2:06
Never seen an unboxing with such disregard for the welfare of the guitar. Even before she got it out the box she was nearly dropping it. Careful now!
@@martinemesguitar Seriously....Iol
i understand nothing about guitars but I LOVE TWOOBAAA WOOOO
No idea who twooba is, but I started playing over 15 years ago, there's not much to be gained of the guitar here at a glance. You can tell if the guitar is solid wood (higher end) by looking through the soundhole and seeing if the inside colour/pattern matches the back colour/pattern. You can potentially tell a little about the player by the inclusion of a pickguard (the teardrop shaped plastic bit under the soundhole), more advanced players would leave them out as it's unnecessary for fingerpickers or if you're just skilled, and the pickguard could dampen the vibrations of the topwood/soundboard which is what contributes most to the particular and unique sound of that wood and guitar. No cutaway can be good for either beginners or the more professional players, as a beginner wouldn't need their hands to go that high up that fretboard, but a professional may decide to just deal without a cutaway as its absence also means more soundboard to vibrate to contribute to the tone. More advanced stuff would be to observe wood choice combinations and neck profile/length, nut width etc. but that's beyond the scope of a quick comment xD.
That was what I could observe here anyway, thanks for randomly giving me a reason to talk about guitars, I hope you and everybody here have fun. ^_^

I'm not entirely convinced you aren't just Mary Spender, but off her meds.
When she started singing I immediately started crying and shidding myself. I long for more music from twooba.
Agility is all I need in a guitar
That 'transformation' totally reminded me of the clip to Twisted Sister's 'We're Not Gonna Take It' 😄
Needed your energy today, twooba.
Thank you 😌
Man I missed twooba, it’s been a hot minute since she posted, this video was the cherry on top to my day.
Lovely tone for fingerstyle there - congratulations.
You're so refreshing! I know you like acting a little silly and offbeat, which is totally cool, but underneath all of it, you are truly an incredibly talented guitar player, and you have a wonderful singing voice, too!
That guitar looks so great!
Twooba you were busting out some severely groovy tunes in this one.
tbh I love her screams at the intro lmao
Oh hell yeah boi. Been waiting for a twooba vid.

Por fin un nuevo video!!! :D me alegra mucho

Yes, twooba needs to quit school and be full-time twooba. The world would be a better place with FT twooba.
Did you sell your soul?

@@twooba Sure sounded lovely!
@@twooba - Is it really?! 😯 Man, you are *good* ! 😀👍 I don't think it was on the album I'd bought from your bandcamp page a while ago, though!? 🙂
What song is she playing at 4:30? It’s great!
Can't stop listening to "When I Meet You"! You're such a magical person and I'm so excited to hear more from you. You inspire me so much! :)
I’m a small twooba fan
Oh nice, I've been looking for a good agile guitar for a while
02:49 Katamari Twooba
Seriously considering ordering one of these. The Orangewood reviews I see are very honest and they seem like okay guitar for their price point. Looks cool, too.
did you get one? I am curious.
I believe the new guitar is a parlor guitar, which originally became popular between the late 19th Century and about 1950. They were played by a lot of blues and folk musicians because they were more affordable. In the 2000s parlor guitars made a comeback, because a lot of guitarists enjoyed their midrange-y tone. Now, please tell me what song you were playing at around 4:00. It's so familiar it's driving me nuts. Is it a Simon & Garfunkel number?
@Tyrion Lannister - Yes, it sounds like their 'Scarborough Fair', but it isn't. But I do know this song also, heard it not long ago even! But what is it?! 😆
I was thinking it sounds a lot like Three Hours by Nick Drake. its very close but not quite!
@@mightyV444 Twooba original she says elsewhere
@@deusfaux - I'd almost suspected that! Dang, she's good! Even if it really *was* in part lifted from somwhere else! Thank you for confirming! 😀👍
it's all me!
_WELCOME BACK !!_
1:48, Yass! That’s the feels that’s hard to explain. Thank you for another great vid.
Really nice guitar!!!
Awesome review, what's the first acoustic, picking, song you played at 3:45?
Smaller guitars like this are for people with smaller hands, people who can't play a full size, or people who want a portable guitar.
FINALLY A NEW VIDEO
Kool, nice guitar
That's a great guitar right there.
It takes a strum like no problem. Not afraid at all.
I'm buying an Orangewood in a couple weeks, I'm just deciding which model, Manhattan or Oliver? Totally different sounds. Love your bubbly attitude. Keep it up.
This whole video is my brain at 3 in the morning, and I love it 🤣
My Morgan lefty was an amazing buy at $250 for a guitar with a truly quality sound, set up to perfection....and easy to play. Don't miss my $1600 Martin. My daughter has their parlor sized guitar.....not as impressive as one might expect given the size and non-solid top.
You're my hero!
Nice to see your channel grow! Keep on jamming, ya crazy, hyper, beautiful and talented woman you!
Mahogany guitars are nice. I have a Martin D15M, which is sort of their version of that. I guess their version of that would be the 000, whereas mine is the 00 which is the regular sized one. It's super-light and has a really warm sound. Great for more folky/rootsy stuff.
It's my only acoustic right now. At some point I need to get one at the opposite end, like a Taylor or something.
Isn't yours a Dreadnought? A OO is smaller than a OOO. This is Martin's system although Gibson uses OO for their smaller models as well.
@@rorystorm4284 I may have gotten it backwards.
how did you know HOW DID YOU KNOW I WAS THINKING OF GETTING ONE
happy 105k :)
cool dinnosaur jr guitar why are you called twooba crazy lady
3:30 cracked me tf up
Twooba, you, are out of your mind! .....and I love it! Well done and congrats on your new 'tar!
Hey Twooba, absolutely love ur vids. youre an excellent guitarist and Im curious about the tunes that you played in this video. Are they from a song or is this something you came up with on the top of your head? It sounds really cool and I just wanna learn to play it.
The energy here is about 10 coffee's worth
I saw this video and I had to watch, my name is Oliver too! Such a nice guitar!
Wanna see something trippy? Watch this in 1.5 speed.

Noice! Love the sound of those parlour style guitars, definitely great for finger picking.

What started out as being mildly charming is starting to get kind of creepy. Like closed head injury creepy. She reminds me of Bobcat Goldthwaite

Goodbye my friends. Yolun açık olsun.

Does someone know the name of those songs?
^this, especially the one at 6:00.
Not sure if it's Twooba just vibin or a cover of some Weezer/Mac Demarco/Nirvana fusion band. Whatever it was the tempo change at 6:06 was radical
@@Mazman182 I don't think she's just vibin because she started to sing or mumble the lyrics of something.
3:26 What is this song?
You almost made me buy this guitar on Reverb today, but I didn't, and I'm proud of myself. It is a very beautiful guitar!
Also, there's 99.9% IPA that does great at cleaning wax like materials off of non-wood (think glass like) material, and it evaporates really quickly.
Rise up TWOOOOOOBA NATIOOOONN
twooba is secretly NakeyJakey?
Holy shit you're alive
I think I would love to have an Orangewood guitar
Knocking guitars together, bouncing on a ball during your first time playing... twooba, I don’t know if I can take this...
Hey Orangewood, I bought a Dana 'cuz of Twooba's vids, just saying.

The 'oh my fucking yoga ball, bruh' needs to be sampled as an intro to your next song 💀🤘
Nice my first instrument was a ukulele but now my mom got me a 6 string guitar is coming
