My Takeaways: 1. Read and understand 2. Do not just copy into the notes from whatever resource you are following, instead understand each point and write it in your own words. 3. It is easier for the brain to remember in terms of connections / relations, hence understand every concept with a purpose and a result. 4. reread your notes from time to time just to refresh your self. 5. When learning it's very common to find multiple resources for the same topic, do not follow all resources choose one decent resource and carry on.
Summary: Collect: Collect information from new material or previous cycles. Filter the not as useful concepts from the useful concepts. Connect: Connect the information to long-term memory. Use mind maps to physically connect ideas together. Challenge: Challenge our understanding through practice. Utilise strategies such as teaching and practice problems to find holes or misunderstandings in connections of knowledge

Also those extra videos you guys make on different topics apart from school have helped me find a balance between school and other areas of my life. I regret not starting studying this way much sooner as well but it's better late than never, now I am much more optimistic about how much potential I have to learn volume of material and I thank you for that

Your last segment helped me look at running in a new light. While it's not studying like this channel is dedicated to, it helped me realise that part of the problem I'm facing is me. The theory about information stored as a web just made me realise why mind maps made me learn things so much easier. BUT STILL during quizzes, i always know the concepts, but i can't find the right words or exact scientific terms to define them. i tried the reverse study method as well where you review the chapter summary first, then side notes, and then each paragraph's first and last sentences. it didn't help. now my sleep cycle is messed up, and i'm always studying. my eyes hurt from excessive screen time, and i'm still not getting any grades. i'm a slow learner, and my focus span is extremely short. at this rate, i'll fail all my classes. i'm barely getting through my classes this semester. i'm open to any suggestions you may have for me to improve my situation thanks for reading this. everything has been so stressful lately im desperate to get good grades. please help

Hey! I been following your channel since so long! I just want to know what things you use for your video editing because it’s so good please do let me know!?❤
In second 30 you said you studied 40 hours in aday? Am I crazy or a day is just 24hours?
Love your videos guys. Please can I ask, what app do you use to take your notes? I am currently using Notability which I find ok but was just wondering if there is something better out there?
Bro thank for the help God will bless you.Amen
Thank you❤
