- Fishing with my good mate Brad Dicker we head north in search of barramundi and bass. With the kayaks strapped to the roof we have a limited window where we expect the fish to bite. In this instalment we fish an afternoon and a morning session padding some of the most picturesque waters Australia has to offer and in the next instalment we finish it off the trip with two more sessions in this gorgeous part of Queensland.

Do you guys worry about crocodiles when you go kayaking?
There is no way I would kayak a river with crocodiles in it. This is just south of their natural range even though they have shown up further south over the years it’s a rare occurrence mate.
