    If interested in how to detail your scale models with acrylics and creating heavy dust effect with a very effective technique stay tunned!
    In this episode I keep working after having basecoated the sherman tank. We have plenty of effects to do. Today I will paint model details and I´ll start creating dust effect airburshing enamel paints.

    Glad CZcams has started recommending small channels with content I'm interested in as opposed to the usual garbage. This will really help when I start building the new Imperial Guard tanks.

      It was one of my first painting-recording experiences but the result was still quite decent.

    Geat! I have to try that enamel paint weathering. I still have a stash of 20 year old Humbrol paints and most of them are still liquid ;)

      Hi Michal, lot of thanks!
      Better buy new ones. I think they have a newer formula, and safer for airbrushing

      When talking about scout lighting, if you mean to install a led light or similar. It is not in the schedule for now, but can be interesting to include it in later projects

    Estas pinturas de Humbrol hoy en dia no se usan mucho pero olor y toxicidad aparte son las mejores, tanto a pincel como con aero. Gran trabajo.!!!

    Brilliant work. What are the humbrol colours as I looked and 72 is khakhi drill and 100 is red brown? Is that correct do you mix both to create the dust effect thanks

    • @notjustpanzer
      @notjustpanzer  Před rokem +1

      Sorry, there is an audio mistake, I used Matt 72 and Matt 118 as shown, didn't use Matt 100. You can mix them or apply two tones of humbrol instead. Cheers

    is it ok to apply enamel paint and thinner over acrylic paint?

    • @notjustpanzer
      @notjustpanzer  Před 7 měsíci

      If your acrylic paint coat is solid enough enamel paint won't damage it. Anyway, I always apply a satin varnish coat previous to use enamels or oils.

    6:25 para hacer ese efecto de suciedad, eliminas la pintura con algún producto en especial o simplemente con el pincel humedo en agua?

    • @notjustpanzer
      @notjustpanzer  Před rokem

      El esmalte de humbrol lo elimino con su propio diluyente de humbrol para esmaltes. El mismo que uso para diluir la pintura al aerografiar

    How would i do the dust without an airbrush

    • @notjustpanzer
      @notjustpanzer  Před 4 měsíci

      Well if you don't have an airbrush available. It would be a nice option to apply the enamel colour by brush and blending it later. I don't recommend humbrol paints for brush, but you can use the ak/ammo enamels dust colours and they will work very good.
