    A bit confusing. One might wrongly understand the "collaboration" is the best strategy. TKI, Thomas, not "Tomas", Killman Instruments are equally "good" if used in the adequate situations. Undesirable situations develop when a conflict strategy is used too little or too much or it is used in an inappropriate situation.
