I would have one number, because he missed it whilst reviewing the CV for the video and had 15 mins to look through it, whereas an actual HR/hiring manager will look at it for 10 seconds max before making a judgement, so it'll be even worse in the real world since its probable that they would see 2 numbers that are almost identical and probably skip the CV entirely due to that
