first collect all the photos
2nd after collecting all pics, make a story telling through sequence of pics
3rd put all pics in sequence on PPT I.e. PPT slides
4th add effects on each slides
5th add background music to entire ppt
6th ur video is ready to launch

First collect all the images & paste them on ppt in slides with your story. once your slides are ready in ppt simply add background music with each slide effects as you want.

You don't need any app for this, you just need collection of pics, paste them as per story in ppt format, after adding pics on each slide you just need to add effects on each slides & than finally add background music.
