@@magnipettersson4432 going bellow 15% is deffo important, I would put the line on 11, thats when ur test takes a dip because of lack of cholestrol. 15%-19% is good for strength but not for bodybuilding/aesthetics while the energy difference from 12 isn't even that big, anything more than 19 will be the same as below 10.

I can't get enough of this track. I'm currently on a fitness journey myself. Lost 55lbs since January and now I'm in the Gym 6 days a week. This track is just sheer brilliance. I love what Zyzz did for the fitness industry and what he represents, and how he was such an inspiration. He is a true legend that will never die. I practice bouncing my pecs to the beat. :)

I started this journey last year in mid-year when I was 16. I'm 18 now, and the progress is noticeable, but I am not satisifed, not until I reach the physique I desire. I am becoming stronger and have been developing a healthy mindset, via inspirational and motivational speeches. I stumbled upon Zyzz earlier this year, and I must say, the lad has been quite an inspiration in regards with physical conditioning, and this is where my love of hardstyle arose. I must admit, I have been slacking for the past month to maintain a stable workout flow, and not sure how to resolve this. Nevertheless, I am thankful that this community has been created, in the famous words of Zyzz "We're all gonna fucking make it brahs."
