Mr. Grizz: Awesome game, awesome villain! This became a real improvement of Splatoon, with Mr. Grizz a fantastic villain, though he can't beat DJ Octavio and Commander Tartar.
Dr. Henry West: From a remastered version of the coolest horror game, Dr. Henry West was pretty cool.
Glorkon: For this being an adult VR game, this turned out to be fun and funny with Glorkon being an awesome villain. Especially since it was created by the creator and voice of Rick and Morty, although this is half due to what Justin Roiland did.
Wizpig: Awesome game, awesome villain! I mean it's Chef Pig as a wizard from one of my favorite Angry Birds games!
The Dog: Cool game, cool villain! He literally changes a bit of my perspective of Dog Hunt, mostly the dog.
King Dice: He can't The Devil, but King Dice is still the coolest nonetheless!
Silhouette: Awesome game, awesome villain! I find the remastered version way better the original. She was voiced by Nika Futterman after all.
Mitch Connor: Cool game, cool villain! For a South Park game, this turned out well with only some difficulties and the storyline always changing every time, but Mitch ends up being funny and cool. And also, his backstory? What a joke lol.
Cassie Rose/The White Pumpkin: Awesome game, awesome villain! Being the fourth favorite of Minecraft Story Mode. I got a good feeling she's a reference to Jason Voorhees.
Cursa: Now this Mario game was downright awesome for being a sequel with Rabbids again! And it brings Rosalina too. Cursa is like, the Mario version of The End from Sonic to be honest.
I like Mr. Grizz, Wizpig, The Dog, King Dice, Silhouette, Mitch Connor (he’s surprisingly the only South Park villain I like), Cassie Rose/The White Pumpkin and Cursa too.

Well looks like Doll is the one of the main villains of Murder Drones but I got one question, its okay if disagree with me but will you use doll when shes finally defeated?
