I love how TI conduct interviews. They are so authentic. It's fluent like a normal conversation. You get to actually know stories you've never heard. How does he get this out of them?
It's their Atlanta vibes. 💯
Its comes across more like a conversation between friends. He knows them or have interacted with some of the Guests personally so they're more comfortable sharing and then he knows the stories we may not know about so asks the right questions.

Shot out to Tip KIng of the South for doing this interview. I am a fan of TLC and still listen to their music. I actually talked to T-Boz on the phone. My brothers friend Dave was in a a relationship with her at the time and he called her and I lost my mind. I was totally star struck and never will forget it. She was super cool and nice so ty TBoz for that moment (16 at the time). Keep doing y’all thing TLC hope to hear a project again from y’all. Chile you still look as beautiful as you did 25 years ago!!!! Y’all deserve to be celebrated as one of the best groups ever!!!

This was a great interview because it allowed fans like myself to FINALLY see TLC in a true light. I know they have always been solid, but past interviews they have done in the past have been "dry". They always watched what they where saying. BUT this interview was well deserved, in the since that these Icons can finally Express theirselves.
It was refreshing seeing TLC having a sit down with Tip... I remember reading the stories in all of the magazine, source, xxl, word up and many more back in the 90s about all of the celebrity news and gossip, hence TLC and the fire brought back some really good memories. The nostalgia of it all was everything. I appreciate this interview!!!
Lisa "Left-Eye" Lopes came to Atlanta from Philadelphia with R&B Artist Lorenzo from back in the day (Lorenzo from Florida - Havana/Tallahassee). She was in Lorenzo's first video called "Angel"... and the founders of the Dungeon Family (Rico Wade & Sleepy Brown) use to be Lorenzo's dancers. I wrote & produced Lorenzo's hit single called " I Can't Stand The Pain"... Special shout-out to T.I. for this great platform... Love it!

From Philly myself. Over 20 years ago I lived in Atlanta. Alotta people didn't know Left Eye was originally from North Philly ( like I am too), but I already knew. When she set her ex's mansion on fire in Atlanta, I was JUMPIN' for joy!!! I said, "Dats da NORTH PHILLY BITCH in her!!! YESSSSS!!!". I shamefully was excited about da shit. Me knowing she's from Philly since they've been out has ALWAYS made her my favorite 1 of the group. Da "crazy" chick...I loved it! Miss you Lefty!!! 🤣😂🤣💋💋

10:40 I get where T-Boz is coming from. She been singing low notes & she's just pointing out that Jermaine Dupri ain't the one that created T-Boz's signature Baseline vocals but rather was someone who encouraged her to go through with it like her mom did.
And she's also trying to make sure she don't lose that plight being a woman but I also understand what T.I. is saying *to an extent* & if I can add - T-Boz is too dope of an individual to be wrecked by the industry biased treatment of women.
But I also hate when someone takes too much credit for something they didn't entirely create.

They really did help paved the way for artists from ATL like T.I. that come after them. I would love for TLC to do a Verzuz battle against SWV, Destiny's Child, Boyz 2 Men or Jodeci.
