Thanks for the video, I removed CUE from 2014 SRX with the help of this video, as the trim inside is almost same.
Did you replace it and if so, where did you find it...
Looking to do the same.
Your video was great and I got the new one installed no problem. hardest part was getting the initial side panels off. Highly recommend watching video how to change the screen itself. THANKS!!
Hey thanks man. I've been telling my wife we need to trade the 2013 SRX in maybe I'll give this a try the cue system has been replaced three times by the dealership and I'm now outside of the powertrain warranty.
Thanks bro. it sure looks easier on the 2016. Trim wise, Thank you
Thanks for the help! I can't believe wanted $1850. It works perfect now.
Do you know where I can find some good plastic tools for removing those side panels, which do not seem to want to come out? Not sure how much force to use but I do know that the flimsy tools I was given are useless. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.
I work with a company who offers replacement CUE radios. Wondering if we could use a few clips for a promotional video?
Thanks for the video, it really helped out repairing my screen. I used your video and another video to repair my CUE touchscreen. That blue cord gave me hell but other than that it was pretty simple.
You are welcome. Thanks. I'm glad it helped. Yeah those cords were tough
i have a 2013 with a dead spot on the middle bottom.... where did you buy this digitizer and ball park cost... thanks opps sorry i see you got it on ebay 160 ish..update... now nothing on screen works, ordered new digitizer... will report when i install it......
glenn maltese .yep, ebay around 162.00. Good luck!! You got this
Your video is great, but I was wondering if u could show me how to remove a stuck cd in my disc player for my 2013 Cadillac SRX.
I just saw you vid, might I ask where did you purchase your system. I’m in need of one.
I have some plastic tools that came with my screen but they do not seem strong enough to pry the side trim off as shown in the very first step, and I'm afraid I'll damage the trim. Is it supposed to pry off easily, or does it take some force? Where is the best point to begin prying it off? Does anyone have any helpful suggestions? I have a 2016 SRX. Thanks
shows how to take it out but not how to actually replace the screen. I wish you would have added the you tube that you referenced for more details. Thanks
why tf do all the screens crack? does it happen naturally? because we had like 3 cadillacs that did this
It will happen to every one after enough exposure to sun and heat. Poor material selection for the lamination from the factory. Buy an upgraded one that won't fail from cuescreens.com, use promo code 5off to save even more
Thank you so much for posting this. The beeping is driving me nuts! Lol
