You're incredible! I've been watching your videos and you honestly never fail at your projects. I thought of something while watching this video about enhancing doors. You used halfmoon shaped doormats to decorate the doors...sharp idea! I'm thinking I might join 2 of those halfmoon shaped doormats together and make a ceiling medallion to place against the ceiling above a hanging light fixture. The mats could be painted any color. A circular hole cut in the middle for the wiring and light fixture mounting pieces. The mats then could be glued and also secured with screws to the ceiling. I like the look of classy ceiling light fixture medallions but they cost so much for every room. Using those mats would be so much cheaper. If this idea could ever work I just about know you could make it happen. I'm going to try it and maybe someday you might try it and make a video. Hey. Thanks for creating such a fun learning crafty DIY channel. I look forward to watching more of your posts.

A silver mat like those would be pretty outside at the holidays. You would have to use a paint that would stand up to outdoor weather. I think a spray paint in a can could work.
