Jagex didn't add the skills in the skill tab. Runelite did. There's an "april fools" tab in settings now you can toggle off. Its just an overlay they added.

Thats the one thing that kinda throws me off, it really does feel like he's straight copying bubbles and I don't know him well enough to know if he is actually just really really similar to bubbles or if he's going out of his way to be a weird which would make it cringier imo

its part of runelite so if you play on vanilla its not there, if you play on hdos it shows the squeal of fortune popup
