Man thats the most perfect cover of one the most iconic songs ever wrote. You guys nailed it. Very impressive. Cant wait to go see you guys play live soon. Also i love the drummers classic style of playing. The whole band rocks.

I do plenty of that. I did this to raise money for The Charlie Daniels Journey Home project. It was his life long manager who actually got the ball rolling and it was an honor to recut it.
I'm a stubborn old school country guy and always will be, and I appreciate you informing me of why you did such, I respect that part. Charlie Daniels has, and always will resignate deep with me and the fellas, and honestly when I hear remakes of any music, I am generally curious. (thus when I came across your rendition) It's nothing more than opinion, but there are certain songs my brain can't fathom would ever be redone. (such as this) What I do think would be awesome is to continue great original sound and tradition by utilizing the same music sound and vibe, by creating an additional story line to it (if that makes sense) On a side note, I honestly have never heard of you & (my stubborn old school ways) I will be giving you a listen, because you do have good sound and I thank you for such a quick reply.
