The doll maker Jan Shackelford puts those vintage baby shoes on almost every baby. You might contact her if you have quite a few. She's on Facebook. Really a nice lady.

Yes the original soft sculpture Little People by Xavier Roberts the pre Coleco mass market Cabbage Patch dolls wore real vintage baby clothing and shoes in the late 70s early 80s. Many collectors look for the old baby shoes and clothing to fit the timeline of the doll.
I do so well with those little Aphmau cats. They are from mystery boxes. They always sell for me within a week or two even if it’s a more common one only around $10.

Pish Posh reseller (on CZcams) sells on Ruby Lane and did a video about it recently. It’s all vintage items on that platform.
Rebel, I sell on Ruby Lane. I have had a store on their for 22 Years. Ruby Lane is a vintage and antique Mall with over 2000 stores. I enjoy it there but good to have other platforms as well. Doll stuff does go well there.

I visited Nashville bins recently and the first thing I pulled out was a Fisher Price pink bunny lovey from 1979. I almost screamed. It was from a bin that was already picked! So thrilled. The mushroom you found was from the Dollar Tree. It is a current item. I hope to see you in Nash bins one day. I’m from WI but I visit my kids in Nash
