Hi Lao jin ,since you and you wife love to dine out next time if you happen to visit shuibu town or pass by go look for dim sum place is call bak hop ,since you wife speak taishanese just ask the local, they let you know, the place is super busy be prepared to wait!
I will try to find it "bak hop" restaurant
Good luck ,my wife wechat friends went there , saw on my wife wechat video , everyone speaks shuibu dialect make sure bring you wife along so she can be you enterpreter ,although I never able see you wife on you tube , but she sound humble and beautiful

油魚:切片豉油王炒油魚
油魚唔食得㗎！食咗輕則腹瀉, 重腸胃抽縮, 嘔吐 ..... 全球禁售作食材.
原先以為用油魚假替銀雪魚，不知道不能吃。
@@Channel-laojin 油魚含有蠟脂可高達19 %, 人類無法消化, 二三十年前, 騙徒告訴人, 吃油魚可減肥. （事實上, 吃了會拉肚子, 排出物有大量油脂, 但祇是魚本身的油）騙徒詐稱排出體內的脂肪. 急凍油魚肉, 外觀極像雪魚. 所以騙徒（或進或口商）用來冒充雪魚, （因為價錢差距達七倍）小心購買！
搞到我連雪魚都唔敢吃
