lets goo! yes that nurse is the same from the first episode, chuck lorre (the director and creator) has this thing he is known for where he casts the same actors in the same show playing multiple characters, its the same as in two and a half man(which he also made), with lots of recurring characters some even playing multiple roles.

Yeah I definitely remember some actors who appeared as different characters on Two and a Half Men.
