Let's try to build Linux from the 1991 Windows NT Pre-release

This is going to be very tedious and dare I say boring as I'm going to try to bootstrap not just GCC but the entire chain needed to build Linux from Windows NT. The challenge here is that there is no Cygwin, not even MinGW, Just the old Microsoft C compiler and a barely enough C library circa 1991.
