I don't think that 90% of fighters and fans understand what it takes to win an Olympic gold medal in freestyle wrestling. That alone is a he'll of a foundation. Add his titles and dominance of some of the biggest names in mma and he's by himself. I doubt that the majority of active mma fighters have truly pushed themselves passed their limits regularly the way Henry did on a daily basis. That's a mental edge when you know that you can outlast your opponent. He's already been on the biggest stages in the world. Give him his due respect regardless of his antics.
