I was born in Europe, Poland. 80's were hard times, we had communism, barely anything in the shops, almost no food, nor other important stuff and yet life was much simpler and people were more kind and not as self absorbed as they are now. When I was able to visit my family in 85 in Canada, people there were open and friendly too. Now thanks to all of this electronic, modernisation people become more focus on themself, closed in informational bubbles.
