I can’t live without my sharp stabby tool as I call it, is a clay sculpting tool. I bought it in my local craft shop. Amazon do sell them as part of a clay sculpting set but not individually.
All my other supplies are from Amazon including my large squizzors. They are actually aquarium precision pinch action scissors.
I use H2O gone FSL water soluble stabilizer or Brothread cut away stabilizer for my stitch outs.
Happy stitching!

Thank you so much for the tutorials. Ive just made a clutch purse and it was so easy to follow. Looking forward to making more! Thanks again.
25 April 2020 second viewing for me and i really appreciate your tutorials. I would not be able to do this without your help. Thank you so much. The Coronavirus is hitting so hard here, I don’t think we’re doing much embroideries, mostly making masks for when we have to go for groceries. I love your tutorials
Indeed you are right masks are important at the moment. I too have been busy sewing masks in large quantities for my community and of course this has taken me away from video production for a while but I am finding more time now to get some more done. I am pleased they help you thanks for watching them. Stay safe and happy stitching.
Excellent video. Clear, precise and 100% accurate. Thank you so much. Very interesting. Love it!!
You're wlecome, pleased you enjoyed it.
great video I'm new to this In the Hoop thing but your videos really gave me the confidence I needed to just jump in.... also I'm from Texas and I could listen to you talk all day...
Thanks you Ellie so pleased you enjoy them. Stitch along with the video take it slowly and just copy what I do and you will be fine. Give it a try and if you haven't already join Kreative Kiwi's Facebook group there is always lots of encouragement, help and inspiration for everyone. facebook.com/groups/kreativekiwi/ I would love to see a pic of your KK make.
You make it all look so easy I’m new to embroidery and in the hoop designs so thank you for your tutorial xx
Hi Audrey, pleased you enjoyed this video. just take everything step by step with this video and you will be fine. The key is your stabilizer, it is your foundation and is the key to a good stitchout. Machine embroidery is a steep learning curve but take your time and practice practice practice. Happy stitching.
Another great learning experience. Thank you.
You're welcome thanks for watching. Happy stitching.
Kay, you’re mt Woman with nerves of steel. I was holding my breathe most of the way through. Thanks for your great tutorial.

Sure it will be. Happy stitching 😊
Good directions, love in the hoop design. Thank You!
Your welcome. I hope you try it.
Thank you.
Thank you
What a brilliant tutorial. I am very new to embroidery and your tutorials are really good and explanatory. I am having lessons tomorrow. I have got to download some designs which I have purchased from your site, which the tutor is going to help me with. Its very interesting what you do. Thank you xx
Enjoy your lessons Tanya. Thanks for watching.
I can see that you love n use your squissors as much as I do
Hi Sherry thanks for watching. Yes I do indeed, the pressure from normal scissors is getting too much on my thumb, they are the best thing since sliced bread. Happy stitching.
Great video. Thank you so much.
You're welcome. Hope you find it useful.
Excellent tutorial, thank you.
Thank you you're welcome.
Great job!!!!
Thank you.
Thanks great video
You're welcome. Thanks for watching. Happy stitching.
Great video
Thank you.
Thank you!
You're welcome Chris.
Thank you! I'd recommend to put a piece of felt, vinyl or SnapPap under the hidden kamsnap, to stay in place when you open the clutch. Otherwise using the kamsnap may tear the thin fabric.
You're welcome Gabi. Ah you might not have noticed, but I did use felt instead of batting throughout this bag.
@@KaysCutz i thought the felt was on the top only, not where you put the pin through.
If I use felt as a substitute for batting it will always be throughout the whole project. The felt I used was gray in this bag.
@@KaysCutz I loved the fact you used felt too. I have lots of that to use up!
You couls add a pocket on the back the same way as in the front, correct?
Yes thats correct DeeDee.
I REALLY want this design. Ive searched EVERYWHERE on the website. How can I get it? Thanks!
Hi Paige you will always find a link to the design in the video description www.kreativekiwiembroidery.co.nz/product/clutch-purse-hoop.html
what kind of tape are you using?
I use cheap masking tape. Thanks for watching.
www.amazon.fr/New-brothread-Soluble-Stabilisateur-broderie/dp/B07ZD5KSY5/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_fr_FR=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=Brothread+stabilizer+12x25+yard&qid=1637496642&qsid=258-8458695-3599716&sr=8-5&sres=B00BIGRYSG%2CB07XYTD8YD%2CB07DMGW9Z6%2CB08J452KYF%2CB07ZD5KSY5%2CB07DXQ165V
www.amazon.fr/New-brothread-Stabilisateur-Broderie-30cmx46M/dp/B07R4DN7M2/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_fr_FR=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=Brothread+cut+away&qid=1637497370&qsid=258-8458695-3599716&sr=8-5&sres=B07R4DN7M2%2CB08D6S4DNZ%2CB08D6N893Z%2CB07M6JV3BM%2CB078KCW216%2CB085GJ7KYF%2CB07R6BZCJL%2CB001701S26%2CB08J452KYF%2CB001B0S2BW%2CB08CHGQ5RB%2CB08CT4RN8M%2CB07MC7XJYG%2CB08J41BSZK%2CB083CSXT1H%2CB083BQX311%2CB001B0S2AS%2CB07DXQ165V%2CB07S59LJS4%2CB001B0S2D0
www.amazon.fr/New-brothread-Invisible-Stabilisateur-Broderie/dp/B07R6BZCJL/ref=sr_1_5?__mk_fr_FR=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=Brothread+no+show+mesh&qid=1637497433&qsid=258-8458695-3599716&sr=8-5&sres=B07R6BZCJL%2CB08D6PMW6C%2CB091HDF2LJ
Love you video's and designs. At what point could I ad a cord to carry this bag?
Hi Jackie you add it when you add the flap. The instructions show it being added at the time that you add the flap. .
I'm going to assume (and I'm probably wrong-LOL!) that you're using polyester felt and not wool felt. How far off base am I?
Hi Sheila yes it is cheap cheap polyester craft felt. I like to show people that crafting doesn't have to be expensive and other things even cheap things can be used as a suitable substitute. It washes and presses up fine, so ideal a batting.
@@KaysCutz, Thanks sew much for the quick response! I'm blown away that I was right! Woo-Hoo! Happy Stitching!!
lol. Have fun Sheila and happy stitching!
Where do I get the download?
Hi Lisa, there's a link in the video description.
My
Love your videos !!!!
Thank you
Great video. Thank you so much.
You're welcome. Thanks for watching.
