This is good stuff. Simple to understand.
I've been employing these drills in my senior baseball leagues as I was struggling with getting the barrel on the ball or getting the bat head to the zone for the faster pitching.
Works in leagues from 35+ (80+ mph) to 55+ (50 mph)

Thanks for the drills coach. Good stuff. Definitely played pepper but I’m an old head. This was back in the 70s and 80s. I agree that we should bring it back for better hand/eye coordination.

Great vid, flying out is so hard to fix because most players don't even realize they do it. We played tap in university but called it apartment baseball... maybe a bit harder than tapping but basically what part of the apartment could you hit for a double, triple, or HR without hitting the crap out of the ball. Great game to play in the off season where the weather won't let you play ball outside.
