I got waived off for filming a vendor cooking opposite that temple at night. That was the only one time a hawker stand didn’t allow filming. Looked really pissed off too 😅

The thumbnail looks wild, I've seen roasted squid in Japan but never a whole fried squid like that. Is there a sauce that goes with it? Always keep a bottle of Ocho Rios in my pocket....hahahaha

I was in Keelung 10 years ago, it's really famous for it's seafood.

We got that fried squid at 626 night market few years ago, it was $25 USD. Better save that $ for Taiwan trip. Lol

You didn't go to jiu feng you went to keelung right because it's two completely different cities and night markets. Keelung is keelung (has its own night market) and jiu feng is jiu feng. Jiu feng is the place in the Japanese anime spirited away or that's what people say. Jiu feng has good eats too but more scenery very picturesque. Definitely more touristy than keelung.
