Las Colinas golf course features Bermuda grass which is perfect for our warm weather however during the winter it goes dormant and looks more yellow in colour. Once spring arrives the green grass will return.

Very nice property, but, at 1.8 million, you expect a lift, and a garage. That furniture, Ive never seen worse, what are they thinking, well presented, and great views.

A garage would of been perfect for this property. I imagine a lift could be added in the location of where the internal gardens are. As for the furniture, yes we agree it is not the best, it is being sold unfurnished as the owner told us he imagines no one would like this furniture.

I have seen many properties near/on the edge of golf courses but usually they have some level of privacy , like some plants/shrubs/small trees around the garden area but you are completely exposed here. This villa is perfect for someone obsessed with golf and is an exhibitionist 😂. Oh, and €1.8m for only 232m2 ?? 😬

Maybe the furniture is outstanding italian or something... They dont even mention what the style of the house is -_- idk if any marble or granit use in that house or not. An Amazing house be like normal house in the way they represent it. Thank God they had a good camera man
