  • The Supreme Court resumes hearing petitions on the 2024 NEET-UG exam. The bench will be addressing an "ambiguous" NEET physics paper's question, which contributed to many toppers' overall marks. A team of three experts from IIT-Delhi is expected to clarify the correct option. The petitioners continue pointing mishaps that took place during the examination day, varying from some papers being handed late, while others were of a completely different language unfamiliar to the students. The verdict is expected to conclude today.

Supreme court had made a common sense decision. Our courts are second to none. But the netas are too many and they bring everything to courts. That is why courts in India are saddled with unimaginable work load. Reforms must be made making stringent conditions to go to court any court. And the escalation process must have severe consequences if the escalation fails at the next stage. Like they do in Singapore .Let us go to supreme court for anything and everything by our netas must be severely restricted. DMK our ruling party will feel aggrieved and this time they cannot blame Tamil Brahmins. A DMK netas daughter failed, it appears, and that is why this hallo bullo in Lok Sabha.
Millions of students will be greatly relieved as they have no retest. Both the successful and the unsuccessful can pursue with speed their next steps. Thank you CJI and the SC. All the best to all the students in their careers.

If you are aggrieved and have a valid point, you can go to your State court and you can take a retest, if they permit SC had allowed that.
