    another way to make the indents on the base... use a cap off a toothpaste tube. or something like it that has ridges, just roll it around the "paper/wrapper" part. does a great job

    Love the video was very helpful. Thank you for sharing. What did you mix to make the icing? Also I love the rainbow icing on the other one you showed. Would love to know how to do that. Also would love to see you make a tutorial about painting, glazing, and backing them I guess pretty much a start to finish product step by step if possible. I'm new to all this and would love to learn more from you. You're video is one of the best I have seen. I can't wait to watch more. Thank you for sharing.

      She most likely mixed translucent liquid polymer clay with some pastel chalk shavings, to give the liquid clay some colour. There are different brands that sell liquid polymer clay, like Sculpey, Fimo and Kato.

    Hi, please show a separate vid on how to add a headpin to your clay. Mine seem to come out after a while. I have tried both ways. Using TLS before baking and after baking, but after baking i used a safety pin (as seen on heather wells channel) but my fortune cookie charm broke. Thanks so much just subscribed :)

    G'day,
    I was wondering (for when I am back in Australia) where do you purchase your clay from?
    I found a few shops before I left (currently on University exchange in Japan) but the clay was always so expensive.
    or do you buy online?

    For the shading can you use the chalks (not the ones you draw with outside) it's the ones that you draw with on paper and can you bake them with the chalk on the clay??

      Yeah! I use chalk pastels/soft pastels and for me they turn out perfectly fine!

      I got my TLS from Spotlight (if they don't have it, you can buy Bake and Bond)! And my clay is from Spotlight and Lincraft!

      Caeleigh Feindt I think you might mean liquid clay :) TLS is the liquid clay by the brand Sculpey (it stands for Translucent Liquid Sculpey) or there is also Fimo Deco Gel which I personally have never tried :) TLS is more "milky" and the deco gel is very transparent and water-like!

    I see you use Sculpey and Fimo, but don't they have different baking temperatures? Which temperature do you use?

      +CharissaHoogy I just do a rough average :) all my charms are baked at 120*C and the time depends on how big the charm is :)

      +Eliza Salgado they're the same thing! There are a few different liquid clays available and the brand Sculpey has one called Translucent Liquid Sculpey (TLS) :)

    I heard nail polish remover is bad for polymer clay. So I haven't tried it yet. Is it safe for the clay?

      Nail polish remover is perfectly fine for removing dust, just like rubbing alcohol- a lot of crafters use it! You might be thinking of nail polish for glazing which is bad for the clay :)
