Yes no reknotting just pull it out . If you don't have sheer scissors, weave the edges to give it neat finishing.

Don't use velvet for the band. Use a tick fabric like scuba so it can hold your head firm.

@kathrindoll6903 the scarves won't slip because you will tie it firmly at the back. If you want to use velvet for the band, minus 1" from your head circumference. E.g if ur head circumference is 23" use 22"

@@otyscouture yeah I tried it with the velvet but I can't seem to cut the velvet evenly as yet, I guess I will keep , trying r try the scuba. I wear a lot of scarves n I really need it not to slip, cause I don't tie it all the time.
