You should focus only on english and current affairs as you said your phy chem are strong then with english you can score easily 280+from gat. But if you have time then go with geography especially Indian.

As per the notification you can't give , but I've seen a lot of recommended candidates started giving nda when they're in 11th.But there's no use by clearing it. You'll have an experience before going for the real one
