Hi Sudhanya, the situation should be okay by August. However we suggest you to keep an eye on the weather update 2 days prior to your trek and take a decision accordingly.
Weather predictions are fairly accurate for only 3-4 days.

I am little scared about Landslide during monsoon months during the way to Govindghat.
Is it safe to travel during August?

There are some landslides if the rain is high. This causes delay in traffic. But since this is the road to Badrinath, the govt. acts swiftly to clear up the landslide debris and open up the road within hours. So you can plan your travel with an extra day ideally
I read that badrinath highway being blocked due to landslide currently.

It will be safe, just make sure you keep an eye on the weather and advisories 2-3 days before. As of now, the trek is running fine.
Can we do this trek in the months of November- December ..?
No flowers will be oxidised and the air will be turn some poisonous so I think it not good at that times

Only if you climb too quickly to Hemkund Sahib. It's best if you follow the itinerary mentioned on the Indiahikes website, the same as the one nitesh suggests. Going to Govind Ghat, then to Ghangria, then to VOF and then to Hemkund Sahib across four days. This helps your acclimatise beautifully.
