Notice you use zooms a alot. I wanted to get a zoom as well is a 28 70 good enough for vertical video?
I do mostly because of the versatility, but I do love using primes. A 28-70mm would be great for a lot of types of video. It does depend what kind though, especially if you'd want to go wider than 28mm. But in general, standard zooms like 24-70s and similar are pretty good

Yes? Why is that weird? The lens itself doesn't really matter for the rig, any lens would work. I actually use the 24-70mm the most

@@itmeremy because other than extreme niche videos, focal lengths over 85mm are for photography. Every focal length on the 70-200 on an ASPC sensor is over 85mm
@TheLinesEnd I disagree. Not only are there several niches of video where it makes sense, like sports or wildlife, but higher focal lengths are often used in movies.
I'm not saying 70-200mm is ideal for everything, especially on a crop sensor, but it's far from useless.
But again, lens choice wasn't a big part of these rigs, the lenses can so easily be swapped.
