I live in SoCal. They’ll get the price. LB has nice areas, but the downtown which turned around from 30 years ago has a lot of homeless and crime now.

@@livinginoc I was some 35 years ago. When I first moved to California. I was an engineer on the C-17 cargo jet. I’ve been living in the inland Empire for the past 15 years, but still go to LB from time to time.
Why even buy a MCM if the interior is completely removed of its MCM charm? Beautiful exterior, uninspired modern interior.
