For anyone who doesn’t know about typography the APH dial “ mistake” is all to do with “Kern editing”. The font ( Typeface) used has a built in spacing between each letter but because of the angle of the A it needs to be manually brought closer the the R by what’s termed kerning, otherwise visually the APH has too big a gap. Instead of looking at the word COSMOGRAPH and checking it looks visually correct they have just gone with the standard font spacing which visually looks odd.
i must admit had my 2020 black face steel daytona 8 weeks and thinking of selling it already...yes its nice but you cant glance down and see the time clear you have to study it especially in the eve....the face so fussy compared to my GMT and sub. I may part ex it for a Pepsi on oyster. Not keen on the 26mm watch on her way too small, i brought my daughter a 36mm wouldnt go any smaller on a lady. Unless your in the 80s still lol
Did he go Starbucks mk1 then Daytona and then to the mk2? I had a mk1 Starbucks but sold it as didn’t love the bezel colour in person after a while and changed to black sub with a fair loss on my Starbucks. Often consider a mk2 Starbucks or Pepsi to change from the black sub I have
he said he bought the mk1 in 2022 and then exchanged it for the Daytona 5 weeks ago and was not feeling the vibes, so he part exchanged that for the mk2 and batgirl and then he was feeling the vibes ooooooh yeaaaahhhh
