Watched you on Instagram today and was in love with your culinary skills. Searched for you here and got you. I learnt using of blended pineapple,quickens fermentation in sobolo. How true is that.

Aww thank you so much. The pineapple can quicken the fermentation process yes. But also if you make it just for your personal use, then you can go ahead. However if you are selling and you sell out quickly, then yes there’s no issue adding the pineapple
