  • If you want to fight in Dragon Ball The Breakers, these are your general options.
    I MESSED UP WITH THE KI BLAST SECTION! Ki blasts are based on your distance from the raider, they have nothing to do with if you hold the button down or not.
    For melee, you can also cancel your melee charge (I believe by pressing the button again) , so don't feel like you have to overcommit to it.

    I think combat just feels brutal in this game because groups don't get sorted by rank. You play survivor you'll get destroyed, you play raider and you'll get destroyed by survivors, it's the new player experience

    You WILL lose a 1vs1 with the raider unless there's a big skill difference. I mean a huge one, so dont count on it. The best would be 2 or 3 level3 survivor. Having multiple opponen is the best and only way to fight a raider. Also, a level4 survivor is NOT a fighter. He's a support unit. If someone is level 4, go throw your body to the raider. Since a level4 survivor can spam ultimate attack without any cost or cooldown. Protecting him comes at all cost. He needs to fire ultimate and melt the raider from afar.

      This was originally recorded before they buffed the raider damage and nerfed survivors a decent amount, so I played differently.
      You're right, but the role of a level 4 depends on the state of the game. Having them spam ultimates from afar is the best tactic with backup, but if you don't have that backup you need to be able to hold your own (or have your skills to hide for a while). Preferably you'll be able to do so while protecting the time machine.

    So is there a way to control the finishing hit of a melee?

    • @mcsunshine2306
      @mcsunshine2306  Před rokem

      Depends on where you hit the raider from. If you came from above, you hit them down, if you came from below, you hit them up. Otherwise straightforward
      Vanish attacks are the opposite. If you vanish from below, you'll hit them down. Vanish from above, you'll hit them up.

    • @mcsunshine2306

      If the raider is higher level than you he'll brush you off. If the survivor is higher level, they'll win melee clashes.
      If a Raider is being stunned or already attacked, anyone can gang up on them.

      @@cotchy-2663 If you are the raider, it will be automatic based on power level. If you are an even level, pressing the punch button at the same time will cause a clash like in xenoverse 2. That's kind of a way to block too.
