This is a breakdown and review of the incredibly well put together Nightforce NXS 5.5 22x56! We also went to shoot with it on my custom made 300 Win mag!

That was incredible. Very well informing video by an articulate rifle specialist in Mr. Fisher. Must watch the demo at the end from just over 600 feet out it appears the wings can be shot off a fly with the correct technique acquired. Spence was the most diverse and imaginative striker “well let’s be honest” that when he had the time to kindly give me some advice he had a way of eloquently delivering the subtleties of a technique that it would click for me almost instantaneously. Some history for ya “I never through a Superman punch prior to Koing Mike Pyle” a fight that progressed my career greatly. If Spencer fisher endorsed this product you can trust it’s gold. I look forward to seeing more of these incredibly informative vids.

Although you still got a reasonable group, don't rest the barrel on anything!!! Rest the forend on the bag.This is very basic technique.

I plan on doing anything I can get my hands on but guns, ammo, optics are expensive so as I acquire them I will post them and give my honest thoughts on them.

Just bid on one. Fingers crossed I am the winning bidder. I have the same brand of muzzle brake. I went with the CB magnum version. Recoil is minimal.

I used the scope reviewed here in NRA Long Range Competition where I shoot in High Master Class. Typically, I shoot as good from Iron sights as I do using this scope on 6.5/284 and .308 Remington 700’s fitted with HS Precision Barrels and Stocks, all under half minute capable from irons for 20 round string of fire in 30 minute period. At any rate, the scope’s CH-2 Reticle, no longer offered, and precise tracking made me confident of my sight picture as always equaling a pin wheel X hit. Only problem causing me to prefer irons is the scope’s magnification made me discern some wobble in my position which caused me to force shots on occasion. Now, I have gone back to Long-Range iron sight Service Rifle Competition with my AR. It’s more difficult but much more fun and being quite difficult, it inspires marksmanship development more so than the Any/Any Competition.
