    I have enjoyed my harness a lot and it is the only one I ride with unless I go to a Cabrinha “fire ball” set up on another harness for my 17m kite. It is an XL and unfortunately its still a wee bit undersized for my physique, especially in winter when I start wearing more layers. This makes it harder to close the Velcro. Another annoyance is the spreader bar plastic “wings” that slip into the harness are just a bit short. I wish they were an inch longer. Maybe an XXL spreader bar is wider? I agree it is very comfortable and I have no fatigue or pain associated with its use. The only hiccup I experienced was losing a screw on the back of the spreader bar which you guys warranted, so thanks for that. I would recommend going at least 1 or 2 sizes bigger if considering this harness to ensure a good fit so its not too tight.

    Hello, I've the Halo, and I find that for easy release of the clik you have to use your contralateral hand. In that way is very easy.

    I am very interested with this harness. Is it good for all style of riding : freeride, big air, wave.... ?

      Thank you for asking, Baptiste. đŸ€™đŸœ I've been using my Manera Halo for freeride and surf for the past season and have really been digging it. Manera did a great job designing this one, and we've been getting lots of good feedback from customers about the Halo. Hope this helps. Good winds! -Aaron

    Testen this harness today and it was a nightmare to take it off after the session... hope it will get better the next days.
    does the hook also slip under your chest when the kite is at 12 o'clock? or is L too big? can't pull the harness any tighter. with size M it was uncomfortable though

      Yeah, there is a slight learning curve to the Manera release clip, but it just takes a few sessions to get used to. With that said, it is really easy to switch from their spreader bar to their rope slider if you like switching from your twin tip to a surfboard while on the beach. Super quick and easy.
      As for the hook riding up, that's part of the pros/cons of using a waist harness. Gotta wear it tight and maintain a proper riding posture while on the water. On the beach at 12-there's no known solution to harness ride-up.
      Good winds to you, my friend. Hope this helps. -Aaron

    Hey How does it compare to the mystic majestic/majestic x?

    • @MACkiteboarding
      @MACkiteboarding  Pƙed rokem +1

      The Mystic MajesticX has become quite the benchmark for kite harnesses over the years. With that said, Manera has done an excellent job with their first version of the Halo harness. I have ridden them both extensively and would honestly recommend either one. They both fit well around the middle-aged Dad bod, and are all-day comfortable. My only question is the long-term durability. My MajesticX has taken a beating over the years (still riding one from 2018). Only time will tell how well the Halo will stack up in that category, but the initial impressions are really positive. Good winds to you, my friend. -Aaron

      @@MACkiteboarding Thanks for your reply. What are your thoughts on feeling the differences between the majestic vs majestic x for the average kiter? Much difference?
