It's supposed to be like "Lavender Castle" after removing the extra letters (a ton of people put emphasis on the VEN which sounds super weird to me!!) (yes it's an L not an i)
I was thinking of rebranding to a different name entirely, but that's too much effort and a lot of people would be confused sooooo... yeah. Also fun fact the name lavencas was kind of a placeholder until I thought of something that sounded better, but my channel exploded way faster than I would've ever imagined and by that point it was too late...
Name change might happen eventually... but I'm afraid of people not liking it lol (rn I'm torn between either laven or cas with a slight preference to cas)

i remember when I unlocked corrupted data I was freaking out about how I killed all my secret rooms before getting closer to Death Cert. Now I'm at near 1000 hours and I think I've had it trigger twice ever
How do you unlock it?

I think I saw a stackable Damocles mod on the workshop you could download in case you run into a situation like this again.
From what i can tell only 1 sword is a threat at any given time when you take damage it triggers the one above your head and when that one falls the next one is activated but only when you take damage again
I’m not sure if this is still the case but whenever you get a new Damocles, if you were already hit beforehand it resets it. So with that active you could’ve gotten double items while using the active every time you get hit so Damocles never falls
Infini-Damocles disappointment aside, that tech start in itself was good.
That 2 room recharge on TMtrainer active that gave Damocles also did spawn a papa fly on top of a stone turret. It would be good only if it was a passive that used mega blast on room clear.

You need damocles stacking mod for this to work. And it gets stupid. Fast.
There was a bug with Damocles in pre patch repentance where damo wouldn't trigger until you walked back into the room. And it didn't stop.

Yeah, the secret room glitches item is I believe the Tainted Eden mega Satan or delerium unlock and it gives a chance for I am error rooms and secret rooms to reroll into a glitched item

That is such a visually appealing synergy of items, I classify it as eye candy. It’s so nice to look at.
Something about bird eye flamethrower awakens something in me
It would be a cool mod if it was made so that each Damocles spawns 1 additional item, but each damage instance starts it’s own random chance to instakill you, so like if you have 5 Damocles and take 4 damage, you have 4 times the odds to get murdered, but if you take 6 damage, you still only have 5 times, as that’s the max number of Damocles you currently have

Ok as for the mod that deleted edens blessing, i have no idea what it is, but i do know it isnt epiohany cause i have that off and stuff that is meant to appear on the next run just doesnt appear, this time it was brimstone which i used testament on to make it spawn in the start room when you start a New run, it wasnt there and i was pretty disapointed.

That was one of the glitch items you would usually get with TMTRAINER. No idea how that got into the secret room

It speeds up time so it actually does only last as long as it's supposed to just faster there's also items that extend the time of the sheild

Wouldn’t having multiple Damocles increase the chances of one of them falling on you if you got hit? 😅
no because (i might be wrong so feel free to correct me) damocles works on a timer that stars when you get hit for the first time since getting it, and decreases with each hit after. which means that all of them should activate at once. wether or not that kills you only one time or more than once remains to be seen.
@@lisatroiani6119 it's not a timer but rather a 1/4000 chance every frame, so the chance might stack with multiple copies

@@Fail-harold Guppy's collar doesn't stack because of how revives work. When the game gets to guppy's collar in revive priority, it just checks if it is held, not how many are held, so it only does one RNG check. Damocles does actually have a coded in synergy for multiple stacks that we know of, being that only one Damocles is removed whenever it kills you, allowing your remaining Damocles to keep doubling items that are spawned. However, this does not tell us if the 1/4000 chance stacks, as revival items are a special case and handled differently from normal items.
tl;dr, Guppy's collar is a special case and isn't a good precedent for if the Damocles check happens multiple times.

After years of playing, i don't like this game anymore. I desperately want to get all achievements of DLCs, so i can finally delete it and live in peace. It's difficult, considering i'm getting annoyed very easily. And i'm forced to play boring and bad characters over and over until stars align so i can get those last completion marks and move to other bad and boring characters. But watching you get all of those combos and luck all the time at least give me hope that this challenge is beatable. Keep doing what you are doing.
