just read the descriptions of the items carefully and turn off auto-update bc having the content in your game while it updates can corrupt the game file, and don't use items that go with older sims games like you would have a sims 2 item in a sims 4 game file! but other then that you should be fine and whatever you PLEASE BE SAFE!! and stay away from exe files
