I think it’s ok and to be expected with our feelings/moods and emotions being all over the place. These are terrible times. I’m in Health care and our hospital is under lock down and it’s dreadful. Yesterday was a hellish day, today was just bearable. Next week I’m dreading but trying to stay as strong as possible. It’s real and it’s here and it’s hard. Just keep hanging on and staying away from everyone until we can bend that curve. xx

Would be nice to have some time off. I know you work from home anyway and are missing your eats out etc but its also very strange being at work with everybody else off, it's as if I'm in on a Christmas day or something, it's very odd.
Keep up with the exercise for body and mind. I bet you will notice the noise when the airport starts running at full capacity again!
