On the fumble from BIC at the goal line, that was the third play of the game and U recovered, wouldn’t that have been illegal touching on U player because doesn’t both feet have to be inbounds when you go out of bounds then touch the ball? (1 foot was in the air and 1 foot was inbounds when U player touched it coming from OB) So it should of been ball dead where the U player touched it and possession remains with BIC at the 1 yard line or the A7FL doesn’t go by those rules?
