- You asked for it, so here it is! Mariah Carey's 1995 "When I Saw You" is another one of those grandiose ballads with elaborate orchestration and big belt notes. I've always felt this would have been a strong single at the time, and there was even a fan petition around 1996 to get it released as such. For my remix I took the song to 128 BPM and reproduced all of the instrumental elements but I did keep the original chord structure. Since this song has some ridiculously long notes, I thought I'd emphasize those and turn the bridge into a cute anthemic little stomper with lots of things going on before it bursts into that heavenly keychange for the very last chorus.

It's Gorgeous as usual....may i ask if u would amp. It up a bit with dark beats , harder drums and a gospel choir for that ending....
Great idea but unfortunately I don't have the budget for a gospel choir or the time for several mixes of the same track. However I appreciate the input.
