For all the people who say that "Primavera" is a spanish word: it's an italian word, too.
And this song reminds me of the painting "Primavera" by italian Renaissance artist Botticelli. Look at it and think about it: in the painting there are 9 mythological figures. From left to right there are Mercury, the man in red, there are the three graces, in the middle there's Venus, then Flora/Chloris (Zephyr pursued Chloris and as she was ravished, flowers sprang from her mouth and she became transformed into Flora, goddess of flowers) and Zephyr, and on top of them there is a cherub. Isn't it the same as this video, especially at minute 4:04? Apart from the presence of the two main characters, that is the painter girl and the man in the hat, the story is also the same as the painting's.

I love everything about this. The music, the art style, the animation, all of it. It's so fun to listen to and watch. Personally I usually lean towards dark sounding songs, but I always listen to this somg when I have a really bad day. It just lifts your spirits with it's cute, exciting tune and animation. ^-^ It reminds me of my friend it's cute, fun, and it overall just looks and sounds happy!
