If anyone wants to know...I tried this young ladies recipe, and blanched some Chinese Broccoli when stir frying!!!!! Wow! You can add shrimp and scallops as well! Wow!!!

I’ve being cooking Chinese food for years and have recently discovered this channel. These recipes are beautifully simple tasty and healthy to.
Last night. I Cooked my wife and daughter this dish with a spinach & garlic dish, a lettuce in oyster sauce plus some egg fried rice. All so simple to make and they said it was some of the best food they ever tasted. all together adding up to a tiny amount of calories for a big tasty feast.
